We started with a fire — and a love for cooking that pulled us outdoors, rain or shine.
Somewhere between the smoke and the cast-iron skillet, we realized something simple: nothing tastes better than food touched by real wood smoke.
But real smoke doesn’t fit neatly in a jar.
So we built Triple Smoke Foods, a family-owned Canadian spice company born on Vancouver Island with one mission — to bring that same authentic, wood-smoked flavour into kitchens everywhere.
