Triple Smoke began on Vancouver Island, where cooking over fire isn’t a trend — it’s part of life. From the start, our focus was simple: real ingredients, real wood smoke, and the patience it takes to do things properly.

We smoke our spices slowly over wood and blend them by hand, using methods that prioritize depth and balance over speed or shortcuts. No liquid smoke. No artificial flavour. Just time, fire, and care.

Today, Triple Smoke is a family-run business based in Shawnigan Lake, B.C., crafting wood-smoked spices for home cooks across Canada — made to bring quiet confidence and real flavour to everyday cooking.

Every blend is smoked, mixed, and packed in small batches.This lets us control balance, flavour, and consistency —and never rush what shouldn’t be rushed.

 We start with clean spices, sea salts, and natural herbs. Nothing artificial. Nothing unnecessary added. Just ingredients chosen to let the smoke do its work.
