Directions:
Add Olive Oil or Veg Oil (enough to just cover the base of your pan), medium heat. Throw in mini potatoes (cut in half). Sprinkle with Prime Rub, cook until tender.
Cook Sausage and Bacon in the oven (follow directions on package). Add all ingredients to cooked Potatoes.
Top with an egg and another sprinkle of Triple Smoke Prime Rub !!
