Bacon stuffed Jalapeno Poppers topped with Drizzl
12 jalapeno peppers
6 ounces of cream cheese ( or 1 brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
1 cup of mozzarella cheese grated (or a cheese of your choice)
2 teaspoons of Chili Garlic Onion Drizzl
4-6 pieces of cooked bacon chopped
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Slice Jalapenos in half lengthwise
Using a small spoon, scoop out seeds and membranes and discard
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, grated cheese bacon and Drizzl.
Fill jalapenos with the cheese mixture
Top with extra cheese (optional)
Place on a non stick baking pan (or with parchment paper) and bake for 18-22 minutes.
Add a little extra Drizzl on top for a finishing crunch!
