Hummus with roasted red pepper & garlic, topped with Chili Garlic Onion Drizzl


2 cans of garbanzo beans

2 to 4 tbsp water

2 tbsp of Olive Oil

1 tbsp of Lemon Juice or freshly squeezed

1 whole garlic clove (roasted)

1 large red bell pepper (roasted)

2 tsp of Triple Smoke Butchers Blend


1. Roast Red Pepper and Garlic (cut the top of the garlic bulb off and drip olive oil on top) Place in the oven at 400F for approx 15-20 minutes. ( May need to take out the Red Pepper first). Once cooled, chop garlic and red pepper.

2. Add all ingredients to Food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.

3. Top with Chili Garlic Onion Drizzl

4. Store covered in Fridge.
