The Ultimate Triple Smoke Burger, with Pickled Chipotle-aioli.
Updated: Jan 16
2 lbs of ground chuck
Sesame seed burger buns
2 pounds of fresh Ground Chuck (makes approx 6 burger patties)
2 Tbsp of Butchers Blend (1 tbsp per pound of meat)
Sprinkle the ground beef evenly with 2 Tbsp of Butchers Blend in a large bowl. Gently form the meat into 4 balls, then lightly press into 4-inch-wide, 1-inch-thick patties. Rim the outside of the burger with Prime Rub.
Preheat a grill to high or a pan ( med/high heat). Grill or pan fry, undisturbed, until marked on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and grill until the other side is marked and the patties feel firm, 3 to 5 more minutes; if desired, top each burger with 2 slices cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking and cover with a disposable aluminum pan to melt. Do not overcook the meat, we suggest using a meat thermometer.
Pickled Chipotle Aioli
3/4 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp of Pickled Chipotle
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add more Pickled Chipotle to desired taste.
Use the Pickled Chipotle aioli on the bun instead of regular dressings, add all your toppings and enjoy!
