1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.

2. Coat Chicken wings with flour mixture, let it chill for half an hour.

3. Deep fry Chicken wings.

Dry Rub Chicken wings Recipe:

Toss with Pickled Chipotle or XXX-Tex-Mex, making sure to cover all the wings.

Create a Sauce with West Coast Curry (aka Bengal Blend)

1. 1/2 a pack of West Coast Curry

2. 1/2 cup of boiling water (depends on how thick you want the sauce slowly add more water to desired consistency)

3. Let is simmer on the stove.

4. Pour over wings and enjoy!
