This dill pickle pasta salad uses simple delicious ingredients, enhanced with real wood smoked spices!
2 cups dry shell pasta, macaroni or fusilli
1 cup sliced dill pickles and 1 cup sliced sweet and spicy pickles
1/2 Red Onion or 1 Shallot
8 oz (2/3 cup) of white cheddar Cheese or orange cut into small cubes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp fresh dill
1/2 tsp Prime Rub
1 TBSP ( or more to taste) Pickled Chipotle seasoning
1/4 cup of pickle juice
1. Cook Pasta al dente according to package
Drain and then rinse the pasta under cold water. Place it in the fridge to cool if needed.
2. While pasta is cooking you can prepare the dressing. Add all the ingredients to a large salad bowl.
3. Add the cold pasta to the dressing and give them a toss. Mix until everything is coated in dressing.
4.Refrigerate before serving.
Leftovers of the dill pickle pasta salad can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Gently stir before serving again.
