1/2 lb dry shell pasta (approx 3 cups)
3/4 cup sliced pickles (approx 3 pickles)
2/3 cups diced cheddar cheese (white or orange)
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon of Pickled Chipotle seasoning
2 tablespoons pickle juice
Boil pasta al dente according to package, (run under cold water to cool pasta).
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
Refrigerate before serving.
