1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Blue Cheese crumbled
Endive roughly chopped
Mixed Spring greens
1 corn on the cob
FOR THE DRESSING
Rub steak with olive oil and sprinkle prime rub on it. Let it sit at room temp for 15 minutes.
Boil Corn until tender, once cooked drizzle olive oil on it and sprinkle with Sweet Smokey Heat then put it on the grill.
Place steak on the grill, grill both sides for approx.
4-5 minutes, remove and let rest
Prep salad in individual bowls, endive, mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, crumble blue cheese, sliced corn.
Lay sliced steak on top of salad
Drizzle olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar over the salad.
