Hickory Dill Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup of Broccoli florets

1/2 cup of Red bell pepper chopped

1/2 cup of Yellow bell pepper chopped

1/2 cup of Red Onion chopped

1 cup chopped spinach

1/2 cup of Cheese chopped in squares


1 Package of Macaroni noodles ( I used 340 gram box)


Dressing:

1 cup of Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar ( can use white vinegar)

1 Tablespoon of Triple Smoke - Hickory Dill


Mix dressing ingredients while noodles are cooking. Run noodles under cold water and drain. Add noodles to the veggies, and pour dressing over top. Mix well and serve cold.
