I now live in Manitoba but lived in B C for years. I picked up a jar of smoked garlic when visiting a small northern town in BC. I fell in love with this product. I now order on line experimenting with different spices. These spices are amazing Would love to see them carried in our stores here in Manitoba. What a good find in a small town of Terrace BC.
This stuff is amazing, so much flavor! We use it in almost everything it seems. From soup to salads and so many others! Try it on a toasted and buttered sesame bagel, yum!
This smoked garlic is a must for us in our split pea soup. Since our soup is vegetarian it needs something with a bit of bite so that the soup is not bland. The smoked garlic makes the soup amazing.
