This used to be packed in olive oil, but now it's a dry version. That's great because I can use it as a dip or add oil. We've always bought the oil version, so this is new to me. My hubby made a dip by adding some of the oil-flavored chili garlic onion to some mayonnaise and a bit of maple syrup. Yum! I use it on baked crunchy tofu, sandwiches, and dip veggies into it.
My 2nd fave dip is the ginger garlic chive, and we have several of the dry rubs.
