Allergen: Contains Mustard

Simply Rub Meat, Poultry or Seafood (Tofu or Veggies). Massage thoroughly. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.

Directions for Curry: Heat Oil over low-med heat. Add diced onions, simmer until translucent. Add protein and or/vegetables. Mix in West Coast Curry. Add boiling water or coconut milk, covering all ingredients. Let simmer on low until desired tenderness and thickness. Serve over basmati rice.
